FENX is a one-time migration. There’s no ongoing service to bill for — so there’s no ongoing bill. Pricing is based on the number of work items being migrated.
Set it up once. Use it forever.
BUILD provisions your workspace one time. Once your projects are configured in ADO or Jira, BUILD’s job is done. Pricing is based on the number of projects you’re setting up.

Can I use all three products together?
Yes — they’re designed as an ecosystem. BUILD sets up your workspace. FENX migrates your existing Jira environment. LIME governs the portfolio on an ongoing basis. Each product works independently, and all three work better together.
Do I need LIME to use FENX or BUILD?
No. Each product is sold and used independently. FENX is a standalone migration. BUILD is a standalone setup tool. LIME is a standalone governance platform. No dependencies required.
What payment methods are accepted?
All purchases are processed through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. Microsoft handles billing, invoicing, and payment processing for all QILLC products.
Why is LIME a subscription while FENX and BUILD are one-time?
LIME governs your portfolio continuously — it’s running every day, syncing state, enforcing gates, and generating reports. FENX and BUILD perform a one-time job. The pricing model matches the value model for each product.
