Industry-Standard Authentication

Azure DevOps and Monday.com connections use OAuth 2.0 — you authorize directly through that platform’s own authorization screen. Jira connections use a Personal Access Token (PAT) you generate in your Atlassian account. In both cases, QILLC never sees, stores, or handles your platform passwords.

All credentials are scoped to only the permissions each product requires and can be revoked at any time from your platform settings — no contact with QILLC required.

We Don’t Keep Your Data.

FENX reads your Jira environment and writes to ADO — no copy is retained by QILLC after migration completes. BUILD provisions your workspace and does not archive your configuration. LIME syncs governance state directly between your platforms — raw work item data is never stored on QILLC infrastructure.

Azure-Only Infrastructure

All QILLC products run on Azure App Services with secrets stored in Azure Key Vault. Your data never leaves the Microsoft cloud ecosystem — the same infrastructure your ADO and Microsoft 365 environments already run on.

Tenant Isolation

Multi-tenant architecture with strict logical separation between customer environments. Your data is never commingled with other organizations.

Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using Azure Storage Security with Microsoft-managed keys.

Audit Logging

All authentication, provisioning, migration, and administrative actions are logged for security review and compliance reporting.
